Poultry Management and Health Seminar

There is never a dull moment for poultry producers and the allied industries that support them. As with any agricultural enterprise, there are ups and downs, challenges, and joys producing meat and eggs for an American and global market. Economic and legislative challenges on the home front top the list.

This noon seminar series is held at **Acorn Farms in Mt. Joy, PA on the second Monday of the month. Gregory Martin (PSU, Lancaster Co.) and Mike Hulet and Paul Patterson (PSU, Department of Poultry Science) coordinate the seminars and consult with poultry industry representatives in planning meaningful topics.

The following dates and titles are the topics for this coming year's seminar series. The seminar starts with a noon buffet lunch ($10) followed by the seminar speaker's presentation. We hope to see you there.

**Acorn Farms, 3141 Mount Joy Road, Mount Joy, Pa. Exit Route 283 at the "Manheim/Mount Joy - Rt 772" Exit and go west toward Mount Joy. Acorn Farms is located one-half mile from Route 283 on the left.
